Delivery & Collection
Delivery: We deliver across the Perth metro area, with standard delivery windows in the morning (7–9am) and afternoon (12–2pm). Delivery fees vary by suburb and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Pickup: Hired machines and equipment can be collected from our Neerabup yard at Unit 1/19 Pinnacle Drive, Neerabup. Where a trailer is supplied, a suitable vehicle fitted with a 50mm tow ball and either a 7-pin flat or 7-pin round trailer plug is required.
Requirements: A valid Australian driver’s licence is required for all hires. Payment must be made by credit or debit card.
Fuel Policy: All machines are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Refuelling charges will apply if the machine is not returned full.
Cleaning Policy: All machines and equipment must be returned in a clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty.

Delivery fees vary depending on your suburb. A fixed quote for delivery and collection is provided at the time of booking. For most Perth metro areas, delivery is typically $80–$120 each way.
What do I need to hire a machine?
No special licence is required for our mini excavators or skid steer loaders. We’ll provide a full operational rundown upon delivery so you can operate safely and confidently. For trucks, the appropriate driver’s licence is required.
Is weekend hire available?
Yes. Weekend hire is popular, you can collect Friday afternoon and return Monday morning (confirm exact times with us). Saturday AM delivery is also available.

Do your excavators fit through tight access areas?
Yes. Our mini excavators are designed for narrow passages and residential sites, with models as narrow as 750mm to fit through gates and tight driveways.

Yes. Standard buckets are included with each excavator hire. Additional attachments such as augers, rippers, and rock breakers are available, just let us know your requirements when booking.
What are the fuel requirements?
All machines are supplied with a full tank of diesel. They must be returned full, otherwise refuelling charges will apply.
