Delivery & Collection
Delivery: We deliver across the Perth metro area, with standard delivery windows in the morning (7–9am) and afternoon (12–2pm). Delivery fees vary by suburb and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Pickup: Hired machines and equipment can be collected from our Neerabup yard at Unit 1/19 Pinnacle Drive, Neerabup. Where a trailer is supplied, a suitable vehicle fitted with a 50mm tow ball and either a 7-pin flat or 7-pin round trailer plug is required.
Requirements: A valid Australian driver’s licence is required for all hires. Payment must be made by credit or debit card.
Fuel Policy: All machines are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned full. Refuelling charges will apply if the machine is not returned full.
Cleaning Policy: All machines and equipment must be returned in a clean condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply if equipment is returned excessively dirty.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a special licence to hire a tipper truck or ute?
No, all of our tipper trucks and utes can be driven with a standard C Class car licence.
What is included in the hire price?
Each hire includes a set daily kilometre allowance (200km for trucks, 100km for utes). Additional kilometres are charged at $0.37/km. Vehicles come with air conditioning, power steering, and tow bars where applicable.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A refundable deposit of $500 is required for day hires.
What about insurance?
All hires include our standard insurance excess of $5,500. You can reduce this excess by paying a daily Insurance Excess Reduction fee of $42. For drivers aged 21–25, the reduced excess is $1,500. For drivers aged 25–75, it’s $1,100.
What is the “single vehicle incident” liability?
There is an additional $2,000 excess payable if the vehicle is involved in an accident where no other driver/vehicle is identified, if permissible weight limits are exceeded, if there is overhead/underbody damage, or if the vehicle is impounded or recovered.
What condition must the vehicle be returned in?
All vehicles must be returned clean and presentable. If a vehicle is returned dirty, with strong odours (e.g. smoke), or not in acceptable condition, a cleaning fee will apply.
